We believe that a company can only be as successful as the people it employs, and we just so happen to think that RH2's employees are the best and brightest in the Pacific Northwest. There's a lot to be said for the quality of our staff; everyone from administrative support to senior engineers work enthusiastically as a team to give our clients excellent service and solutions.

This hard work doesn’t go unrewarded at RH2. From company picnics to office socials, we place a lot of emphasis on seeing that our hardworking employees can unwind and enjoy themselves in fun, positive environments outside of the office walls. We are always looking for new, exciting ways to engage staff and nurture a work environment that fosters innovation and success. Most of our staff members have been with us for many years, cultivating a culture of support between offices, specialties, and experience.

In addition to internal social events, RH2 firmly believes in giving back to our communities, whether it be a corporate sponsored community events or volunteer work by our staff. While our projects are exciting and challenging, office life is enjoyable and easygoing. There is a team atmosphere in everything we do.
