Ryan is experienced in civil, water, storm, and wastewater system analysis and facility design. He has 33 years of experience in all phases of system planning and design, including mechanical, structural, pumping, site work, drainage and control systems. He also has experience in construction management, including construction observation and contract administration. Ryan has been involved with comprehensive and capital improvements planning, state and local permitting, and overall project management. He possesses a strong background in utilizing current technologies, including hydraulic modeling, 3D design, and photorealistic imaging. Ryan’s philosophy of maximizing communication between all parties on a project facilitates efficient progress, cost reduction and long‑term productive relationships. He currently shares responsibility as District Engineer for the East Wenatchee Water District.
